Transport: The main stations, East Ewell and Cheam. Ewell East is about 8 minute walk away and is very well connected with trains to Victoria, Guildford, London Bridge, Sutton, and Epsom, where you can easily change for the Waterloo train (or just walk an extra 10 mins to Ewell West which is on the South West/Waterloo line.
The nearest tube is Balham. All trains from Ewell East stop at Balham.
