The rooms are both furnished with beds and cupboards with plenty of storage facility.

There is double room and single room. The single room is very big and will accommodate a double bed. All rooms are quite spacious.

The property is fully double glazed with Gas Central Heating throughout. The Kitchen and bathroom would be shared and thereis a good sized lounge with free Wi-fi and Internet.

Also a lovely garden which is fabulous, in the Summer months as well as a bbq and furniture.

Sutton High street but a 10 min walk with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as an acclaimed Sports Center 5 minutes down the road.
