Overall the transport is really great if you need to travel Central London (50 Minutes to Farringdon)

The rooms are both furnished with beds and cupboards with plenty of storage facility.

There is double room and single room. The single room is very big and will accommodate a double bed. All rooms are quite spacious.

The property is fully double glazed with Gas Central Heating throughout. The Kitchen and bathroom would be shared and there is a good sized lounge with free Wi-fi and Internet.

Also a lovely garden which is fabulous, in the Summer months as well as a bbq and furniture.

Sutton High street but a 10 min walk with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as an acclaimed Sports Center 5 minutes down the road.

Sorry the rooms are not available for couples.

Smoking is ok but outside in the garden.

The house is a great relaxed environment.
