My name is Esther and I live in a nice semi detached house with front and back garden in Tadworth, Surrey.

Tadworth Station is a 7 minute walk with trains running to East Croydon and London Bridge. I am a 5 minute walk to the stunning Epsom Downs racecourse.

Downstairs we have one large, spacious double bedroom available, with a tv, broadband, wardrobe, table, sofa, fridge and freezer.

There's a shared bathroom downstairs, kitchen and living room. You're also welcome to share my back garden and chill on the garden furniture.

The kitchen will be shared with myself and my other tenant, but there’s plenty of space for you to cook and dine with all the standard kitchen appliances. You can use the shared washing machine and tumble dryer.

There's loads of great places to walk in the area, including Epsom Downs racecourse.

I'm looking for kind, caring, chilled, easy going, professional person to share my comfortable home with. I also appreciate everyone needs time to themselves too. I also welcome dog owners and I may at some point get a dog as I lost my cocker spaniel in May so you'd need to be ok with dogs please.
