My name is Esther and I live in a nice semi detached house with front and back garden in Tadworth, Surrey.

Tadworth Station is a 7 minute walk with trains running to East Croydon and London Bridge. I am a 5 minute walk to the stunning Epsom Downs racecourse.

I have one large, spacious double bedroom available, with a tv, broadband, wardrobe, table, sofa, fridge and freezer.

There's a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. You're also welcome to enjoy my garden.

You can use the washing machine.

There's loads of great places to walk in the area, including Epsom Downs racecourse.

I'm looking for a professional person to share my comfortable home with.
