Woods are accessible within 3 minutes walk, leading to Epsom Downs in 20 minutes walk. Tadworth leisure centre is 10 minutes walk away. There are multiple convenience stores, a pharmacy, a coffee shop, a spa, a barber shop and spa within a minute walking distance.
