EXCLUDED BILLS: the rent includes all bills apart from gas, electricity, water, and a WEEKLY CLEANER so that you can expect to live in a comfortable, clean and stylish house who would feel like home.
Your name will be on the utilities contracts with the other flatmates and the bills will be split equally.

The landlord does not live at the property.

Easygoing and professional house.

Room1: Master bedroom, equipped with a king size bed, luxury mattress, chest of drawers, bedside tables, large built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom shower.

Room2: Large double, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair.

The large Bathroom equipped with bath/shower is shared only with one other person.

The ideal flatmate would be a professional either working locally (eg Toyota, Pfizer, Fidelity, Legal & General, Canon, Children Trust, or the local hospital/schools) or commuting into London.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the house like if it would be their home.

The living room has a large desk equipped for a comfortable working from home arrangement.

The house has a spacious kitchen/dining, with a big American style fridge, and plenty of cupboards and worktop space. Complete of washing machine, dishwasher, powerful oven, and varied cooking equipment and cutleries (with special wine glasses too), so whilst welcome, you won't need to supply any of your own. We have a big garden too with decking, hammock, BBQ.

Super fast WiFi and cable TV, we also have a xbox which is seldom used (which you are free to use). Off road parking is also available, alternatively there is plenty of parking on the street or the leisure centre car park across the road.
The leisure centre across the road is great, with a nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

The bedroom is large, quiet view over the garden, It's furnished with a queen size bed, luxury mattress, wardrobes with plenty of space, bedside drawers. The room is very quiet, cozy and great sunlight exposure.
