A bright and spacious double room is available in the loft of a clean, tidy, and respectful two-storey home. The room has a lovely view and is conveniently located next to a newly refurbished bathroom.
The house is currently shared with three professional men who are friendly, considerate, and value a calm, peaceful home—especially during the working week.
House Rules
•Quiet hours: Sunday to Thursday after 9:00 PM (no loud music, shouting on the phone, or banging doors).
• Weekends (Friday–Sunday): Feel free to relax and enjoy yourself, as long as everyone feels comfortable and respected.
Ideal Housemate
We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and respectful, with a calm and positive attitude.
Men preferred, please.
Please also bare in mind it is a loft room so it is at the top of the house if statues is a problem this will not be the property for you.
