Loft Room In Peaceful House For Rent

Furnished Double loft room with a nice view. The room is at the top of a two story house in the loft with a newly refurblished bathroom next door. The house is a clean tidy home occupied by 3 men currently .The house Monday to Thursday Night is silent after 9P. M no loud music or shouting on phones or banging doors please consider other people that occupy the property , due to the fact that we all work and are very mindful of each other. Friday night through until Sunday you can do as you please as long as no tenants feel at ease (we are understanding of the fact that people will have a life). Some one who is clean, understanding, mindful and hardworking is ideal. If you drive the street has free parking and our neighbors are hardworking nice people like us so please no drama or bad vibes.
