1 Month Short Term Let Near Stn

We have two big double bedrooms SHORT TERM ONLY just over 1 month let from 30 April 2024 until the 2 June 2024, for single occupancy to rent in a beautiful modern two bedroom garden flat in Thornton Heath. It can be rented as a whole apartment to two friends, as single rooms or the whole place to a couple or young family. We are an 8 minute walk to the station with easy quick access to Victoria or London Bridge stations.
It is our own home that we have taken care to furnish and decorate and we would love someone to look after it for us while myself, my husband and our 2 boys are visiting family abroad for those weeks.
The flat is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with solid wood flooring throughout. Each bedroom is large and light with high ceilings, a quality, comfortable double mattress and plenty of storage. If needed, we could also supply a desk for each room if you are working from home.
We have stunning front and back gardens with fruit trees and home grown vegetables that my husband has lovingly grown the past year. There is sheltered and secure parking for bicycles in the back garden shed. The kitchen is modern and extremely well equipped with a top of the range kettle, double toaster, kitchen aid food mixer, blender and juicer. We have a very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a new John Lewis electric oven. The communal living space is an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area that opens out to the back garden. There is a TV that is set up to an apple box for netflix and Amazon prime watching and we have super fast fibre optic broadband. The bathroom is also new and modern and has a large bath as well as a strong, powerful shower and underfloor heating In addition, there is a separate utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The rent includes all bills (including super fast fibre optic broadband).
The flat is located in a safe area on the main road close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and parks. It is also a 10 minute bus ride to Croydon University Hospital and 15 minutes on the bus to Croydon high street.

We are looking for kind, considerate and clean and tidy people (preferably non-smokers) that will take care of our flat while we're away and cooperate with recycling and the odd bit of watering the garden.
