A single occupancy double bedroom in a 5 bedroom end of terrace house for a female professional is available from 1.06.26
We have 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite (other tenant), one for landlord and one for you (which is shared by another tenant (2 per bathroom)
You will be sharing the kitchen and patio with us. You have your own kitchen cupboard, share a fridge freezer with the other tenant (1 fridge Freezer per 2 tenants)
Bills are included, fast internet (1 GB Wifi) and washing machine.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and responsible person. Needs to be employed and bank statements required for the last 3 months. 2 weeks deposit required.
We prefer not to have any visitors to our house as we unfortunately had bad experience with previous tenants. This room belonged to a German Lady who moved back to Germany after 9 years living here.
I used to live in Germany and am working in the NHS, the other tenant works in Croydon and is Indonesian.
