I have a room to rent in a two bedroom maisonette flat 5mins walk from Thornton Heath Station. You can get to Balham in 10mins to grab the underground, 25mins to Victoria and bus routes taking you to Croydon, Brixton and Crystal Palace. You’ll have a double room with lots of storage space , including an ottoman bed. You also have direct access to the garden . There is a parking space available. You will be sharing with a 37year old man who has been my tenant for 7 years and he has been great. He’s pretty quiet and keeps himself to himself.
