This spacious studio property is fully furnished and ready to move in.

The communal areas are clean and well maintained, including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not require a security deposit. However, the following payments apply:

• £250 holding deposit to secure the property (deducted from final balance)
• After payment, documents must be sent by email
• £250 one-off payment towards utility bills for your whole stay
• £50 refundable key deposit (returned after check-out)

Payment options available:
• Every 2 weeks
• Monthly

As no deposit is required, we ask for either:
• First 2 weeks + last 2 weeks rent
or
• First month + last 2 weeks rent

After the third month, if continuing on a rolling contract, no further utility payments will be required.
