One of our flatmates is moving out and we are looking for someone friendly, clean and easy going to replace them.
The house and the room are in great condition, and we are looking for someone who pays rent on time and enjoys a relaxed, respectful home.
The room is spacious (4.5m x 4.40m) and comes with your own private bathroom with a shower, so no sharing.
Rent is £900 pcm with all bills included, plus driveway parking for one car.
We are ideally looking for a single occupant, but we are open to considering couples.
As we share the fridge, the house isn’t ideal for anyone with strict dietary requirements that need separate food storage.
The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from bus stops toward West/East Croydon and Thornton Heath Station.
There is also a garden and side access, perfect if you have a bike. The current flatmates are long term working professionals who keep the home calm, tidy and welcoming.
