Bright flat with landlord living abroad

I am looking to rent my spare room while I teach abroad from Sept/Oct (visa pending) until June.
The price reflects that I will be abroad for the vast majority of the duration of your stay, so effectively you are getting an entire flat to yourself.
I will only be back briefly at the end of Oct, Christmas and the odd weekend. l'Il always tell you before I come back!
The flat is gorgeous, bright and airy and has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay.
I am looking for calm professional that will treat my flat as their home.
The flat is within close distance to buses which will take you to Croydon, Streatham and Brixton.
Thornton Heath Station is about 15/20 minute walk away, and five minutes by bus, and West Croydon 10 minutes on the bus.
All bills are included except gas.
