One spacious double room in a 2 bed house

Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate to move into my 2 bed flat within the next month or so.

You will have access to a double room and shared spaces which include a bathroom, kitchen, a beautiful garden and a spacious living room. The flat is fully furnished.

10 minutes walk to Thornton Heath Train Station and has a bus stop right in-front of the house.
I work full-time in the Violence Against Women and Girls sector and enjoy photography, crocheting, reading, gardening, and cooking in my free time.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, easy-going, and happy to equally contribute to keeping our shared spaces clean and comfortable. If you like plants and don’t mind giving them a little care when I’m away, that would be a lovely bonus.

Working professionals, people in full-time employment, and students are all welcome.

A cleaning rota (or similar arrangement) can be agreed together prior to move in :)

The Rent is £800/month + bills (which is usually around £250/month)
