Female for sunny house - read all of advert

Hi, I have one room available from January; the other room is occupied by Hannah a nanny and dancer, who has been here for 15 months, so it will be a household of 3.

We’re not in a rush and prefer to find the right person so we are all happy together. I have been sharing my home with others for sometime and have made friends with those who have joined the household. In the best case scenario I'm looking to create a stable home for us all. Happy to do a video walk though of the house and arrange a WhatsApp call initially as I appreciate running around looking at places is time consuming; it will also be a good way for you to meet both Hannah and myself.

The room is a medium sized double to the rear of the house. There are two bathrooms, one which is mainly shared between the two lodgers.

We are hoping to find someone who becomes part of the home and joins in to keep it happy and tidy and perhaps find a Netflix series we all like to watch! We like festivals, music, socialising and the outdoors. I have an allotment, so if you love gardening you are welcome to come along. When we are around at the same time Hannah and I will sometimes share a meal or takeaway whilst watching Netflix.

If you don't know the area, you can get to Victoria in 25 minutes and London Bridge in 30 minutes and also connect easily to the underground system at Balham. Crystal Palace is also a 20 minute walk away or 5 minute bus ride for bars etc. Also Monday - Friday is an option so please ask if this is what you are looking for.
