Looking for a nice room in a lovely Victorian house with a shared garden? I am renting a double room in a ground floor Victorian flat. Very close to the station (less than 5 min walk ) to a supermarket (less than 1 min) and to the high street in Wallington. Parking available on the street without restrictions.

The flat is 79 square meters in total (very large) and it will be occupated with only two people in total.

The rooms have been recently decorated with new carpets and blinds. They will be fully furnished with double storage beds, mattresses, large wardrobes, office desks and chairs. The doors of both rooms have a lock with individual keys for your own privacy.

The flat has a kitchen, open plan living room and a bathroom that will be shared between the two occupants.
The kitchen has a double large fridge freezer, a new washing machine, a lot of storage units with all necessary kitchenware.

An open plan living room has been also recently decorated with a new carpet/flooring. It is completely furnished, that including a new sofa, armchair, shelves, smartTV with Netflix subscription included and a dining table with chairs. Large patio doors leading to the shared garden, where you can relax during spring and/or summertime.
