We would like to invite you to stay in our family home with us.

We are ideally looking for two female tenants for the two spare double rooms, one large and one small.

Small Double Room (Single Occupant): £700
Large Double Room (Single Occupant): £800

You will be sharing the entire property with me, my wife, and my teenage son.

The rooms and the shared bathroom are located on the first floor, while all other shared areas are on the ground floor.

The property contains all the amenities you would reasonably expect in a family home.

The location offers excellent transport links. We are centrally located, 10 minutes by bus to Wallington Station with direct connections to London Bridge, and 20 minutes by bus to East Croydon, offering easy access to central London and Gatwick Airport.
