The living room includes beautiful original period features and its own log burner, creating a cosy, inviting space - making this not just a rental, but somewhere you can truly call home.

The large garden offers a peaceful place to relax. The entire property is cared for and finished to a very high standard.

We’re lucky to have a housekeeper who visits every two weeks, but we still treat the home with care and keep on top of day-to-day tidiness.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly, professional females, who are welcoming, tidy, and respectful.
I am a live-out landlord, visiting occasionally to maintain the property and gardens, ensuring everything stays in excellent condition.

We're looking for tidy, considerate, professional housemates who want a calm and comfortable home environment. The location is excellent - a 5-minute walk to Wallington station, with great transport links to London and Croydon, plus gyms, parks and the high street nearby.
