The house is home to just one professional women, creating a calm, respectful and welcoming environment.

I work outside the home, so it's generally peaceful during the day and relaxed in the evenings.

The bus stop is directly outside the house, with easy access to Wallington, Purley, Carshalton and Coulsdon stations.

The area offers lovely parks, Mayfield Lavender Farm, Beddington Park, Riddlesdown Common, and several excellent countryside pubs just a short drive away.

This isn't a party house. We all respect each other's space, clean up after ourselves and help keep the house pleasant for everyone.

The room is £850 per month, with some bills included. We simply share the cost of a few communal household items such as dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and kitchen paper.
