The house has just been refurbished into a stylish, cozy space. It has separate access to the kitchen and bathroom from the live-in landlord: extra-large wardrobe and storage area. The house is in a very quiet, green area and has free parking.
Beds are double- or king-size, hotel-quality, with new floors, carpets, bathrooms, and a kitchen.
I am looking for a clean, responsible person with a full-time job.
No pets, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed in the house.
The house is divided into two households, and the communal area is shared with only one tenant.
No couple unless both rooms are agreed.
