About the flat:
Kitchen:
You've got a spacious kitchen with all amentities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, frother, kettle etc that you'll be welcome to use).
It's a kitchen/diner with a spacious table.

The bathroom:
Modern and spacious, with a bath (and shower!). Shared, however well maintained.

Your room:
Double (comfy) bed, chest of drawers (white and grey as in the photos), bedside table, big window letting lots of light is, a radiator that does it's job in winter, a mirror... and a built in wardrobe!

Flatmates:
A lady in her 50s and a gentleman in her 40s (who work together and known each other for years). Both quite private yet have the occasional chat over a home-made coffee/cocktail.

Transport: Bus stop right outside with direct connections to Morden (tube), Tooting, Sutton, Croydon or Purley.
Wallington station is 8min walk away with trains taking you to London Bridge in 26min or Victoria in 43min.
Free, cul-de-sac parking available (no allocated spot but there's always space).

Rent is £700 and includes all bills and a high-speed wifi.
