There is plenty of wardrobe space along with a small dressing table and mirror.
Bed linen and towels provided.

You may have use of the kitchen to prepare your meals.
Meals to be eaten downstairs other than tea/coffee and snacks.

There is a lovely private garden which you’re welcome to use.

Our main water is softened and the drinking water in the kitchen is filtered .

You have use of a shared shower room with wc which is on the landing adjacent to your bedroom.

Guests MUST BE . . . NON SMOKERS, this includes the use of VAPING DEVICES.

NO OTHER GUESTS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

TV sound and talking on your mobile phone in your room to be kept to a level that’s not intrusive to the hosts.

Walton ON THAMES & HERSHAM TRAIN STATIONS are both a 20 minute walk away with fast links to London Waterloo.
