Quite large furnished double bedroom with garden view. Communal kitchen, bathroom conservatory, garden and (small) living room. Parking out front. Bills included but we're in Council Tax band C, if you're interested!
Other residents are my elderly mother and I. My mother is friendly and likes a chat if you have time. I'm out at work a lot and am generally snowed under with stuff to do when at home! It would be good if you were polite, honest, clean and at least quite friendly! Also you need to be able to guarantee to pay the rent on time and in full every month, with no arguing, shouting or crying!! If you meet these criteria, please do get in touch!
We're a 15 minute walk from the cross-roads at the centre of Walton and from the XL fitness centre. Two minutes to the nearest Co-op. A 35 minute walk to the station.
