Available for a full-time professional who works away from home, clean, tidy, minimalist and appreciates tranquility and calmness.
Not available for working from home professionals
Moder kitchenette with basic cooking available however, no clothes washing facility available in the out building

Ideally, will suit a commuting professional, shift worker or someone who needs home away from home, Monday to Friday, few days a week, although other lodging patterns will be considered and discussed.

The outbuilding is designed as one bedroom apartment, with own bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen, a storage room/garage incorporated in the outbuilding

The communal area/lounge occasionally used during the day while our lodger is out at work, so it's not suitable for professionals who work from home.
The communal area must be kept tidy and in an immaculate condition to provide a great level of privacy & comfort to everyone

Only few minutes walk to Excel Leisure centre, river Thames and local shops, available off street parking.

Single occupancy only, stay overs and couples not available.
