A spacious, fully furnished double room is available in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood. The price is £650 per month including bills (within reason).
You’ll be sharing the home with me, Gill (female), and a young professional (male). We also have 1 cat and 1 dog, so this would suit someone who genuinely enjoys living with animals.
I’m looking for a working professional who is clean, considerate, and friendly. Ideally you’ll be vegan or vegetarian, or at least happy to share a home where this lifestyle is appreciated and considered.

The house is situated on the outskirts of Croydon, providing a blend of practicality and peace, as you can reach Sanderstead Station (15 minutes), South Croydon Station (20 minutes), East Croydon (25 minutes), West Croydon (30 minutes), yet you are tucked away on a quiet residential road with expansive ancient woodlands just a few minutes walk away. There is a equestrian centre on the road for horse lovers. Free on-street parking.
