I live in a quiet area of Warlingham CR69AB. I will soon have available a comfortable Large Double Bedroom with double aspect 5.7m x 3.7m and private shower room will soon be available. Large garden and spacious drive with garage. Large fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet and leafy area with woods close by. Excellent transport links and bus routes. Local shops a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants. Waitrose and Sainsbury’s are also close by.
My previous lodgers have been very happy with one staying for over 5 years before moving to Switzerland.
