The flat has a large open plan living room and kitchen, it's well decorated and has a great chill space with a large TV, Xbox, Netflix and the rest.

There is parking on the estate - for which you would have to acquire a permit from Croydon council (Approx £50 per year last time I checked)

I'm Antonio, 28 years old. Born and raised in London - I'm a professional filmmaker and the live-in landlord.

My girlfriend Haalah grew up in the UK too and works in the civil service.

We’re sociable and easy-going, and usually happy to chat away and catch up over things. We also appreciate people's quiet time and space.

Had 3 x previous tenants from Spare Room over the last 3 years, and they’re now friends for life 🤝

We take pride in keeping the place clean.

We’re good chefs - and often meal-prep / share our food out 😉
