I've a bedroom for rent in a shared flat. The room also comes with a wardrobe, bed and table. The 2nd bedroom is currently occupied by another tenant who is very tidy and works full time. The flat is located on the 10th floor. Pictures of current state of flat has been uploaded. Flat comes with a shared bathroom, open plan kitchen and living space and a balcony with stunning views. There is also a rooftop available to tenants of the building. Flat is 5 minutes walk from West croydon station and 10 minutes walk to East croydon station so easy to commute into central London. Many shops less than a minute walk from the flat and croydon high street is right around the corner too. Flat is available for viewing with possibility of extension. Viewings and questions are welcome asap. Earliest move in date is November and minimum rental period will be till February.
