I've a room which comes with a wardrobe and stunning views from the balcony for rent. My flatmate (female) still lives in the flat as it's a 2 bedroom. There is also a rooftop available to tenants of the building. Flat is 5 minutes walk from West croydon station and 10 minutes walk to East croydon station so easy to commute into central London. Many shops less than a minute walk from the flat and croydon high street is right around the corner too.
