Friendly, clean, tidy, respectful, sociable lady seeking same in a lodger. Needs to be someone who is out at work all day (not working from home I. e. hybrid/remotely working).

Would suit someone who requires a calm environment, who does not need too much storage space (other than a wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers).

I maybe away one or two nights a week and do travel occasionally so you’ll likely get the place to yourself on such occasions.

Either full time or midweek only renting options available.

LODGING OPTIONS AVAILABLE with bills included:

Mon-Fri = £165 per week. (Deposit = £660)

OR

7 days a week = £750 per calendar month. (Deposit = 1 month rent =£750).

This quaint detached home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach (1.3 miles) of Hampton Court Palace and Train Station - 30 minutes in/out of London.

Free off road parking available. However, local amenities: Buses, Shops, Cafes, River Thames, River Mole and local parks within easy walking distance. Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace approx' 20mins walk. As well as Kingston and Walton Towns/Shopping centres are accessible approx'10 minutes by car or 15-20 mins by bus - regular services within 5 mins walk.

Motorways: the A3, M3 and M25 are only 10-15 minutes drive by car.
