Lovely spacious two bedroom flat in Oatlands Village which is between Weybridge and Walton on Thames.

Weybridge is a 20 minute walk into town and Walton is a 15 minute walk into town but both have transport via bus easily accessible from the flat. Walton on Thames station is a 15/20 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Oatlands School and 15 minutes to Cleves School.

The flat is on the second/top floor with no lift although there are not a lot of stairs. The neighbours and neighbourhood are quiet.

The flat consists of two spacious double rooms which can come furnished or unfurnished.

Bedroom 2 has a wardrobe with a double bed and mattress (if needed). Bedding will not be provided.

Bedroom 1 is taken by a female tenant.

There is a spacious kitchen with usual amenities, fridge freezer, gas cooker/grill, microwave.

Spacious living area with dining table which will have a smaller L shaped sofa, (it will not come with the TV) a balcony and hallway has a built in coat closet for coats and shoes.
