Available for weekdays only, you will have a large comfortable room with plenty of storage, offering a good level of privacy and space and sharing the house with just one professional female.

You will have access to a large kitchen and utility, plenty of off street parking. There is also a secure garage available for bicycle storage, if needed.

The house is clean, tidy and pet free, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. It would suit a professional looking for a peaceful weekday base and somewhere comfortable to come back to and recharge after a busy working day.

The house is well positioned between Walton and Weybridge, with direct transport links close by and the shops, cafés, restaurants and amenities of both towns in walking distance. The River Thames is only a few minutes walk away, with lovely riverside walks/runs possible.
