The room has a recent mattress and bedding, a desk & chair, and a double wardrobe. The carpet is fairly new, too. Please note the room is furnished which limits scope for your own furniture. Also the pictures have come out dark, due to the sunlight- room is lighter than portrayed in the pics, and gets lots of sunlight.
Available room has a double wardrobes and a large desk suitable for 2 x 20inch+ monitors.

The house has a loft for some storage, a large garden, easy parking and is in walking distance to all the amenities on Queens Road with its pubs, restaurants, shops. The train station is a 25 minute walk away and the trains into London take between 24 to 44 minutes during weekdays from 07:00.

The house has been largely renovated and everything is fresh or new. It is tastefully decorated and has a well equipped kitchen with an American refrigerator.
The living room has a communal large TV- Netflix, and Amazon Prime are included. Dining area can seat 6 people normally plus an extra 2 when extended.
House has unlimited hot water for showers and baths.

The large garden has an outdoor table and chairs, and two sun loungers all with cushions, ideal for relaxed eating, reading and general downtime, available for use at your choosing. We also have a charcoal BBQ.

The price also includes a gardener and a cleaner and commonalities such as toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing powder & conditioner, hand-wash, and cleaning products.

Weybridge town centre is easily reachable as well as Walton-on-Thames with restaurants and a movie theatre. This area has a lot to offer and yet, the house is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.
