🏡 Double Room to Rent in a Lovely 2-Bed Flat

I’m looking to rent out my spare double room in my lovely 2-bed flat. I’m looking for someone for a shorter-term stay rather than a long-term arrangement. Im also open to someone who only needs to rent weekdays or weekends only.

📍 Great location for London & Gatwick.
The flat is in a really handy spot, with Whyteleafe and Upper Warlingham train stations both walking distance. There are also good bus links, food shops within walking distance and some lovely parks and walks nearby if you like going for walks/running

🏠 The flat.
It’s a lovely, homely place and I like making people feel welcome, so I’d want you to feel comfortable and at home here.
The bedroom is a good-sized double and you’d be welcome to make it your own. There’s also space for a small desk in the room if you need one.

💻 Working from home
One thing to mention — I work from home in the living room. I’d ideally be looking for someone who works from an office or is out during the day, as two people trying to work from home in the same space could get a little tricky!
There is space for a small desk in the bedroom though, so working from there is absolutely an option if needed.

🍷 A bit about me
I’m pretty sociable and have a busy social life, so I’m not constantly around and you’ll have plenty of your own space. When I am home, I’m generally quite chilled — and on other nights I’m a fan of getting into bed early.
So I’d say it’s a nice balance of being friendly and sociable, but also having your own privacy and space.

Overall, I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, easy-going and friendly, who wants somewhere comfortable and homely to stay without it being a super formal landlord/tenant situation.
