The kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and double oven. Rent includes all bills (i. e. Council tax, Broadband, TV licence and Utility bills). Bathroom has a power shower and there is also a downstairs loo. The lounge has FreeSat TV, Prime Video and Netflix.

By way of background, this property is our 2nd home which we currently share with one female housemate. Our other housemate recently left to go travelling. We are a married couple in our fifties and sixties (semi-retired) and we stay at the property on weekends. The rest of the time, we spend at our main home which is in Lymington, Hampshire.

There are good road links via the A30 and the M3, and both Sunningdale and Bagshot shops and rail stations are close by.
