We have a beautiful home in Hook Heath, 1.8 miles from central Woking and 4 miles from McLaren. We have two rooms which we rent out in our private home. Private drive and free parking.

The rooms are ideally for rental from either Sunday or Monday to Friday, although we will consider full time stays or internships. We will also consider regular part time stays or short stays. We don't charge when you are away for a week or more, if given at least two weeks notice and the room is cleared of all possessions.

We are a professional couple with grown up children (who live away from home) and a gorgeous cocker spaniel puppy. MUST BE OK WITH DOGS.

Attic room: AVAILABLE 23/10/26.
This room will become available after our current guest leaves after three years.
Own shower room for exclusive use. Restricted height in places, so not suitable for very tall or large people.
£280 per week (7 nights)
£200 Monday to Friday.
Prices are for single occupancy.

Large double room: Available October 9th to December 11th.
Monday - Friday £200 per week
Sunday - Friday £220 per week
Full time per week: £300 per week for 4 weeks or more. £320 per week for under 4 weeks. Prices are for single occupancy.
All bills included.

This is a large double room with a four poster superking bed, cupboard, table & chair and chest of drawers. It uses the large bathroom on the same floor which is shared with one other during the week. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY unless for 2 weeks or less.

No WFH in the winter months as the heating will not be on between 9am and 4pm during the week.

There is a guest fridge and larder cupboard for your use in the utility room and you would have full use of our kitchen facilities, to fit around us.

We have a second sitting room which is available if we aren't using it.

Use of the washing machine once a week is included in the rent but any extra will be charged. Use of the tumble drier is extra but we have inside drying racks and an outside device. Wifi and other bills are all included.

We are used to sharing our home with Airbnb guests, as well as local professionals who are down in the Woking area for work.

Must be clean and tidy and like dogs because we have a very young spaniel puppy. He is in training at the moment but never goes upstairs.
