LOCATION
The location is excellent, at the heart of Woking, 15 minutes from the station and town centre and only 2 minutes away from a retail park (Asda, costa café, Argos etc). There a number of good restaurants, parks, forests, shops and Guildford town centre is also nearby with more shops, historic buildings and cobbled streets with great attractions.

The House has a private driveway for parking. There is a bus near the house that goes to town.

There are number of gyms: Woking Leisure Centre (swimming pool, badminton, squash, tennis, table tennis, 3G football pitch and a sports hall), David Lloyd gym (with a spa, swimming pool and other facilities), Hoebridge Golf centre (with a gym and eatery) all are a few minutes drive or buses also go there. Sports Box also has a running track, gym and racquet sports.

Guildford in only 10 minutes on the train or a direct bus goes there from Woking bus station in 25 minutes. The train to London goes directly into Waterloo station in 30 minutes.

SHOPPING/ACTIVITIES
Asda is only 2 minutes away with a larger Asda only a 3 minute drive. The Woking Peacocks shopping centre is within walking distance and has a selection of shops, restaurants, a library, post office, banks, 2 theatres, a cinema and bowling)
