Single Room for Rent

Hi there,

I have a single room to rent in a leafy quiet close in Goldsworth Park. I have been living here for ten years, I have spent two years living alone, since then I’ve been a live in land lady for a couple of years. So I am an experienced live in land lady.

The room has a single bed wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. All bills are included in the rent. I have Volt Gig Broadband a television with Virgin Media which has Netflix.

There is one bathroom a shared living room and kitchen that has a dishwasher. I buy all the cleaning products and necessities for the Flat, and just recently I have let people help with cleaning, but if you prefer not to be included in the rota I don’t mind.

Whilst I was living alone I made improvements to the Flat; this is ongoing I like fixing things.

I’m looking for a female housemate who is quiet and friendly. It would be great to meet you for a viewing as I believe that is the best way of judging whether we will get along.
