Spacious King Bedroom & Private Bathroom

Looking for a someone to take the spare bedroom that has a king bed with a private bathroom right next to the bedroom. It is a 2 bedroom flat in a nice quiet road in Woking. The first bedroom picture will show you how much furniture is included as the full video shows the current tenants belongings.

My existing tenant is moving out so I am looking to replace them. I am lowkey and enjoy studying, golf and hanging out with friends and family. I keep the flat pretty clean and am definitely only interested in people sharing the property if they are mature and clean. I work in London Tues-Thurs and work from home Monday & Friday. I find it easy to get on with anyone and tend to have quite relaxed schedules during the week, so not really looking for anyone who is super outgoing as it might not work so well. The flat is spacious at 111 sqm and the spare bedroom is big too which should give you plenty of space. The lounge area is free to use so you don’t have to feel restricted to your bedroom only.

Woking train station is a 15 minute walk away and there is parking available on the road if you need to drive to work. However a permit is needed if it needs to be left there all day if not driving to work (roughly £50 a year for a permit).
