Two large double rooms available in a fully furnished newly refurbished house located in a peaceful area. Parking available if you have a car. You will only be sharing the house with 1 other housemate at any time.

Each room is fitted with a queen bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 1 also has a full length mirror. Bedroom 2 has a nice garden view. Lovely kitchen with a lot of light coming in fitted with microwave, fridge freezer and gas cooker. You will also have use of a washing machine and plenty of garden space to dry clothes or to grow your own vegetables, for example. There is also space in an outside shed to store bikes.

An Asda superstore is nearby and Woking train station is around 15 to 20 mins walk. The new Eastwood Leisure centre is about a 10 minute walk and Basingstoke canal also runs very close for those who like taking walks outside.
