Double room with en-suite in a modern 2-bed flat at Centrium, right by Woking station — about 25 minutes to London Waterloo.

The building has a residents' gym and a 24-hour concierge.
Water is included in the service charge and is covered by the landlord.

Rent is £835 pcm. We each put in £1,135 a month to cover rent, bills and council tax — in practice around £75 of that usually comes back to each of us.

Available from 1 October. You'd be a joint tenant alongside me, on a proper agreement through the managing agent.

About me: I'm from South Korea and have been in the UK for eight years, five of them in Woking. I work full-time in a company accounts team, in the office four days a week. I've lived with my current flatmate for five years — he's bought a place, which is the only reason the room is going. Tidy and easy-going.
