The house is furnished to a high standard and includes: Two TV lounges (one off kitchen), a new kitchen breakfast room with dishwasher, fridge freezer, utility with washer dryer and beer fridge, dining room, study/den and garage. There's parking and pretty garden with outdoor dining table and a shed. A weekly cleaner and gardener are also included in the price.
There are 3 bedroom options all with en-suite (2 shown) £1200, Includes all bills except c/tax.
I am looking for 1 sharer - not a couple and am meeting anyone who's interested in advance to see if we get on.
