-The double bedroom is on the first floor, carpet, inside wall wardrobe and double bed with bedsheets, pillows, king-size double duvet and covers.
-55 inches 4K smart TV in the living room Sky, Netflix, apps with unlimited fast fibred Sky broadband and Wi-Fi.
- Large kitchen and large living room.
- 15 minutes walk to the park, sports and leisure centre, GYM, tennis courts and swimming pools and...
-Lovely 25 minutes walk through the park towards the train station.
- Access to bus service to Guildford . Also train services to London Waterloo (25 minutes travel).
- 4 minutes walk to the 2 supermarket and bus stop.
- Free parking spaces.
-Five bills included rent(Water, Electricity, gas, broadband and council tax)
-My WhatsApp and telegram is the same number.
Number of rooms in the house is 3, 2 bedrooms and one big size living room. Kitchen is also big.

The reason I want my lodge to be a female is because generally by nature they keep house clean and that is important to me.
