You will find cheaper rooms nearby, with five or even six (!!!) random tenants crammed in to exactly the same space that you will be more pleasantly enjoying here. Most of the other properties listed here are also on the very busy main road and / or back on to the busiest railway line in southern UK with less or no garden space, so will obviously be cheaper. View the rest, then rent the best!

Not all areas of Woking are so desirable, be warned! From experience I would not recommend living in a three storey terraced house with five other tenants (although for the unscrupulous landlord it will reduce costs as Council tax is VERY high in the Woking area and charged per house no matter how cramped it might be.

I pay all the Council Tax, by agreement, so you don't have to worry about it.
