Hello!

I'm Victoria, I live in Woldingham with my (hypoallergenic, small, non malting!) cockapoo.

We're after a friendly housemate who is looking for somewhere in a welcoming village, in a clean home, with a garden - and some light company whenever we are around together. Although, I am not there terribly much, so you'd need to be happy in your own company.

The village has a shop, and a great social club... it is 20 mins walk from the train station with direct 30 mins trains to London Bridge or London Victoria.

Free parking - I have space for a car on the drive.

The house has everything you need; king bed, wardrobe, drawers etc. The bathroom is brand new (shared).

There is a front and a back garden.

All bills, inc. broadband, are included.
