I'm a 38-year-old self-employed arts professional with a busy and active life looking for a like-minded lodger to share my cosy house in Brora. I have a spare double room on a quiet estate five minutes from the beach, with a garden and on-street parking, and lots of amenities within walking distance (Co-op, pharmacy, bus/train). The room is furnished with a double bed, and the house has electric heating and a wood burning stove. All bills included. Shorter lets welcome.
We’d be sharing the common spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room) so good communication, basic cleanliness and mutual respect are key. I’m more interested in finding someone like-minded I enjoy sharing my home with than filling it quickly!
