Double Room/ Great Transport Links/ Chilled Atmosp

Looking for another person to move into our house. Nice chilled atmosphere.

We split the utilities between us which normally comes to roughly, an extra £275 a month.

Essentially we split the bills and rent by how many people are living in the house so to start off they'll be split 2 ways but then will be looking to get a third person in which will drop rent to £295, and bills to £150

Council tax band A

Pretty active household, spend plenty time doing our respective sports/fitness stuff. We like a good movie or series though.

The house is great for space and has a front and back garden which is great in the summer, nice and enclosed so it's pretty good for privacy.
