Double Room in Blaydon

Lodger Room

I have a large double room available in a three bedroom house in Blaydon. I (Kim) am the live in landlord along with my two pets (Baloo the Irish Setter and Simba the Black Cat). The room has been freshly painted and equipped with a new bed and silentnight mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table will be provided too. All bills are included.

The house comprises of a large living room, dining room, kitchen, stair well/hallway, bathroom, my bedroom, lodgers bedroom, and a third bedroom which is used as a craft room and guest room. Externally, there is a garden at the front and a small yard at the rear which I use for parking. There is more unrestricted parking at the top and bottom of the street.

This room will only be suitable for someone who loves pets. Both of my pets are incredibly friendly and loving - I am sat writing this in the dining room while Baloo is on the green chair and Simba is on my knee. Baloo is 1.5yrs old, and Simba is coming up to 13yrs old.
