This is a beautiful, quite courtyard area with ample parking and friendly neighbours.
The Derwent walk is close by, as well as the newly opened Leisure Centre and up the hill is a beautiful village called Whickham where you can sip a beer or two and visit the local restaurants.
I am looking for a non-smoker, professional, responsible, honest and tidy person to fit in with my self and another lodger. We are friendly, relaxed, enjoy cooking and the odd glass of wine!
