Looking for a housemate to move in around September time, current housemate has just bought a new house and in process of moving.
My property is newly renovated, fully furnished, semi-detached house with two large double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen diner and living room. Large, well maintained garden and patios which get the sun all day and have direct access to woodland. Views of the Derwent country park to the front of property.

Newcastle city centre is 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus.
It's a great location for anyone who enjoys going for walks, runs and bike rides.

Frequent bus service, convenience store, petrol station, pub, cafe and restaurant all within 1 minute walk!
2 small senior dogs are also resident, they don't shed fur and sleep all day, they are great company when home alone.
Ideal housemate would be friendly, considerate and clean.
