My property is newly renovated, fully furnished, semi-detached house with two large double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen diner and living room. Large, well maintained garden and patios which get the sun all day and have direct access to woodland. Views of the Derwent country park to the front of property.

It's a great location for anyone who enjoys going for walks, runs and bike rides.

Frequent bus service, convenience store, petrol station, pub, cafe and restaurant all within 2 minute walk!
Small senior dog also resident, she doesn't shed fur and sleeps all day, great company when home alone.
