Unique & Easy-going Home Share in Boldon Colliery

We have a large, comfortable, three-bedroom house on a spacious end plot in Boldon Colliery (Council tax band A). While it isn’t fancy, it is a lovely, settled home on a great street with wonderful neighbours we’ve known for 13 years.

Space for 3–4 cars and an EV charging point (charging not included in the shared bills so would be extra).

A large, private back garden. We would love to grow food here next year and are highly open to getting chickens if you are keen!

Located at the edge of a social housing road just off a main road, but with a semi-rural feel—you will often hear horses waking up or riding through the lane.

We are a quiet, tidy, and considerate professional couple in our late 40s/early 50s with an active, young mindset. We love long walks, cinema, dining out, and travelling regularly. We don't smoke, drink very lightly, and are usually in bed by 10:30 PM (Boring I know lol)

I am deeply spiritual and "awake" in an alternative, non-mainstream way. I also love fermenting fruits and vegetables (the kitchen is full of living ferments!). We welcome open-minded, non-judgemental people.

The house is ruled by our very spoiled but gentle 14-year-old white cat. He loves treats and naps. Because of this, we cannot accept other pets, as he needs to be the only animal.

My partner was recently promoted, so we will soon have a second base in Liverpool. We will be coming and going, meaning you will sometimes have the whole house to yourselves. Our cat will travel with us, which also means you are more than welcome to visit, holiday, or cat-sit in Liverpool if you'd like to!

We are looking for two independent, adult housemates to share our home. We would love to find people who currently live alone but would prefer the company of close, drama-free friends to form a supportive household environment.

We have zero tolerance for drama, arguments, or drugs—we just want a peaceful, happy life.

We have a medium room and a small room available. Both can be furnished and arranged to contain whatever you need depending on your preferences.
