The house has a dining room and a separate living room/study, kitchen, bathroom and extra WC and lots of storage space.

In a quiet neighbourhood with lots of green space, convenient location for getting to central Newcastle, universities, waterfront or to Morrisons/local shops with bus stop right nearby.

The rooms are spacious and have great views. They are currently unfurnished but I can provide furniture unless you want to bring your own.

The rent includes all bills: council tax, water, heating, elec, TV license and broadband.

Sharing with a busy professional (me!) interested in environmental gardening, travel, politics and swing dancing. It would suit a mature student or a professional.
